8 Weeks of Learning and Practice

Each week, you’ll work through a short self-guided module and join a live group coaching session.

Weekly Live Group Coaching

Live sessions are held on Wednesdays at 10 PM MT / 12 PM ET. Join from the office, your truck, or wherever you work best.

Self-Guided Content

Plan for about 30 minutes per week to complete videos, tools, and reflection exercises.

Real-Time Application

Everything you learn is designed to be applied right away, so you can lead with more confidence while you keep projects moving.

Online Peer Community

Develop a plan to find a sponsor for yourself and start sponsoring others. Make the shift from advice to opportunity.

Learn how to articulate the value you bring to the table and find ways to talk about yourself authentically.

Discover the importance of emotional intelligence in effectively navigating and resolving conflicts.

Learn to identify talent based on strengths and potential, building high-performing teams with complementary skills rather than duplicating your own profile.

Acknowledge what you’ve learned and develop a plan to bring it back to your projects.
