2. How to communicate with employees and customers in times of crisis

by | Mar 25, 2020

On this episode I interviewed Natasha Compton, who is a PR expert and owner of Be Curious PR. She and I talked about strategies to communicate with your customers and your employees during times of crisis. Natasha shared some examples of what you can do if you want your customers to be excited and keep buying things from you during this time of uncertainty.

We also talked about how to communicate internally and what to do if your employees are actually not on board with the decision that has been made at the senior level. If you are an employee at a big company, if you own your own business or if you just want to communicate with your family and your community, sit back, relax and enjoy this episode, and learn strategies that can help you to be that leader and be the best role model that you can be during these uncertain times.
