1) How to cope in times of crisis with Andrea Janzen

by | Mar 24, 2020

Welcome to the Diversity at Work podcast Season 2! Today we are taking a break from our regularly scheduled programming and are launching a special season on thriving in times of uncertainty. It is March 23rd today and we are right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a leadership coach, I have a ton of resources that can help people get through difficult times. People are working from home, people are losing their jobs. Things are pretty crazy right now. And I wanted to use the next couple of weeks to bring some guests on, share strategies on how to see opportunities, and how to stay positive in this time, where to be honest, there’s a lot of fear and anxiety happening.

Today, I’m going to give you one tool that you can start with right now to feel grounded, not to set big goals, not to feel very ambitious, but so that you can start to try to be positive, start to see opportunities and really be in a place where you can serve others. You can be that role model, you can step up and be that leader in your family, with your coworkers, and in your community.
