Ms. Jennifer Todd is the Founder and President of LMS General Contractors providing large-scale full-service demolition, disaster recovery, and environmental services across California and the Southeast US.
Ms. Todd has 15 years of experience in the construction industry. In her early career, she worked as an administrative assistant. Rising through the ranks, she served as superintendent, estimator, and project manager before opening her firm. Over the course of her career, Ms. Todd oversaw the remediation of over 5 million square feet of hazardous material and participated in projects ranging upward of $10 million.
Jennifer is a graduate of Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and there she earned a Master of Legal Studies. She received a Bachelor of Science from Georgia State University in Community Psychology, a minor in Business, and holds a Project Management certificate from Emory University.
